Town of Baie d'Urfe: As good as it gets in support of fun run
As we enter our 21st season of charity work, you find out those that "GET IT" and those that don't.
The town of Baie d'Urfe "GETS IT" in every way, shape, and form.
The fun run is the most challenging of all our annual events. In 2012, we had 207 runners. A group of elite runners took an arrow sign to a garage sale. Word spread of this incident and numbers have diminished since then.
The residents of Baie d'Urfe have rallied around our cause, and have encouraged, insisted that this run must continue.....and continue it will, and here is what we have.
Saturday July 8, 2017:
1)The streets of Baie d'Urfe is ours
2) The Red Barn is ours
3) Public security is ours
4) Emergency medics is ours
5) A pace car is ours
6) Volunteer West Island participants, marshaling the course
7) Kevin Raftery; professional photographer

This event is geared towards the weekend warriors and family oriented athletes. Stop watch timing, with a whole lot of fun. Sign up at running room.com Cancer Crusade run, or use Paypal on front page of this web-site
We do encourage any advise, any help which makes us stronger. To the critics who shun us; this event has raised $75,000.00 since its inception. Not bad for a charity that is 100% volunteer driven! Please SHARE.
